INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE
Whether you are an individual athlete or part of a team, every athlete has different demands on themselves and their performance. I have more than 10 years of experience in competitive sports, I know what can be achieved with targeted training and what is important in sport-specific preparation. Your current condition is determined using a detailed anamnesis and muscle function tests. Later, based on these analyses, we will create a training plan tailored to you, which you can implement either on your own or in personal training with me.

Injuries are unfortunately a part of sport. This makes it all the more important to get fit again as quickly as possible. Thanks to my training as a medical fitness trainer and sports therapist, I can accompany you on this path in the best possible way. It is also about getting to know and feel yourself and your body better again - and in this way contributing to your own recovery. My offer ranges from general activation to regulating tension and pain. It is also about strengthening confidence in your own resilience and learning how to deal with limits.
